Eligibility for Refund

We want you to feel confident purchasing from us, so here's exactly how refunds work and why.

1. Product Usage Requirement:
   • Hormonal hair doesn't respond to any product overnight, so we ask that you use it as directed for the full three (3) months, or until the entire bottle is finished, whichever comes first. This is the amount of time needed to see whether the product is actually working for you, and it's the same standard we hold ourselves to when we talk about results.
2. Allergic Reactions:
   • Your safety comes first. If you experience an allergic reaction to any of our products, you're eligible for an immediate refund, no 3-month wait required. To process it quickly, please send us clear photographs and a doctor's note or medical documentation confirming the reaction.
3. Unopened Package:
   • Changed your mind before opening it? If your package is unopened, contact us with your tracking number and we'll let you know how to return it for a refund. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless our customer service team agrees otherwise.

How to Request a Refund

Email our customer support team at customercare@umberjlenay.com with your refund request. Include the following information:

• • • Your full name and order number.

    • A detailed explanation of your experience with the product.

    • Proof of allergic reaction, if applicable.

Refund Process

• Approved refunds will be processed within 3-7 business days after receipt of the necessary documentation or returned product.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

Cancellations

• Orders cannot be cancelled after they have already been fulfilled
• Subscription order cancellation requests must be submitted to customercare@umberjlenay.com 24 hours before fulfillment date.

Important Notes

• Refunds are only available for purchases made directly from Umber By J Lenay’s official website or authorized retailers.

• This refund policy does not cover dissatisfaction resulting from misuse of the product, failure to follow usage instructions, or dislike of the smell. 

• We reserve the right to deny refunds if the above conditions are not met or if fraudulent activity is suspected.
  

• No returns/refunds will be accepted after 30 days of receipt with the exception of allergic reactions
