Jasmine’s Story

What started as one woman's search for a product that didn't exist is now used by over 1,000 women managing hormonal facial hair, dark spots, and ingrown hairs caused by PCOS/PMOS and hirsutism.

We built Umber because we were tired of skincare that ignored what women like us actually deal with. Every formula is dermatologist-tested, plant-based, and made to treat the whole picture, the hair, the skin, and the confidence that comes back when both are cared for.

You're not overlooked here. You're who we built this for.

Real results. Real routines. Watch how to use our 4-step system for smoother, clearer skin.

1.) Smooth & Buff ->

In our scrub we have Hibiscus, which is often called the “Botox plant,” is rich in natural acids and antioxidants. It gently removes dead skin cells, unclogs pores, and helps brighten dull areas, leaving your skin smooth, soft, and ready to absorb moisture.

2.) Cleanse & Reset ->

African Black Soap is known for balancing oils and deeply cleansing without stripping. Paired with turmeric, it calms irritation, reduces breakouts, and supports a more even tone while keeping the skin’s natural barrier intact.

3.) Fade & Target ->

Papaya enzymes gently exfoliate and help slow regrowth at the follicle level. Lemongrass and grapefruit tone the skin, fade dark spots, and reduce ingrown irritation, giving smoother skin and lighter, finer hair over time.

4.) Hydrate & Calm

Pomegranate and jojoba oils replenish hydration while protecting against dryness. Camphor provides a cooling effect that soothes stressed skin and reduces redness, helping your skin feel calm, balanced, and nourished all day.

Trying to keep on top of my beard hair was becoming like a full time job and really getting me down. On around week 4 of using the oil and finally noticing a difference, only having to pluck a few each day rather than an endless daily task morning and evening. I have extremely curly hair as well and have noticed a significant reduction in my ingrown hairs. Forever grateful for this product also the packaging it dead cute. Worth the wait for shipping I love it ❤️😍
